Subscription FAQ

When does my first recurring order ship?

As soon as you purchase your first recurring Subscription, your first order is immediately processed to be shipped, no matter what your frequency selection is. Your second order will automatically arrive at the frequency you have chosen.

I moved. Can I still keep my recurring subscription?

Absolutely! In your Account portal, you can update your current address by selecting “Manage Next Order” and then “Edit Address.”

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Making changes is simple — head to your customer account portal to skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time. Navigate to “Manage Next Order” under Subscriptions. Here you can order now, edit your address, skip an order, gift your upcoming order, swap an item, or delay your ship date.

Can I skip a month for a recurring subscription?

If you are going for a vacation or your freezer is full of 8Primal meat, you can easily manage your subscription. Simply Login into your customer account. You can skip or GIFT your subscription. Click the Subscriptions tab, then “Manage Next Order”. Here you can order now, edit your address, skip an order, gift your upcoming order, swap an item, or delay your ship date.

Amazing quality meat!

I just received my first order, and I’m really impressed with the packaging and the quality of the meat. My box arrived quickly, and the meat was still frozen when I opened it. I ordered the 8-11 lb Primal Box with beef and chicken, and I loved the selection of different cuts. Overall, I am amazed by the quality of the meat compared to the meat I buy from my local grocery store. I will definitely order more soon!

I have purchased many other boxes of meat, but 8 Primal's meat in a box is the best! The only thing better is what I can get from my local farmers, but my family and friends eat a lot of meat, so 8 Primal allows me to fill the gaps.

Great product, well-packaged and shipped. Once thawed, the meat has a great texture and makes a very delicious dish when cooked. I love the product and highly recommend it for people who care about what they feed their family.
