I received a wonderful assortment of Beef and Pork products and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every cut thus far!
The Ribeye had great marbling which left it tender and juicy even after a slight overcook. The ground beef made for an excellent burger, the Denver Steak was quite enjoyable as well.
One of my favorite cuts was the Pork Shoulder Steak, super tasty!!
I will definitely be keeping my subscription going.
