What are the delivery frequencies for subscriptions?
We currently offer delivery every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
How does the Custom Primal Box work?
Our Custom Primal Box allows you to hand-select the exact cuts of beef, pork, and chicken you want, within the weight limits of the box size you choose.
Are there any commitments when I subscribe?

How is my meat packaged for shipping?
Your order is expertly packed in insulated boxes with gel packs or dry ice to ensure it stays at a safe temperature and arrives in excellent condition.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
While it's ideal to be home to ensure prompt refrigeration or freezing, our packaging is designed to maintain the proper temperature for a reasonable transit time. Please track your order closely.
What should I do if my order arrives thawed or damaged?

What is the best way to thaw frozen meat?
We recommend thawing meat slowly and safely in the refrigerator overnight or in a sealed bag submerged in cold water. Avoid thawing at room temperature.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Rewards FAQ
How does the redemption process work?
Simply log in to your customer account. Here you can view your point balance, reward tier, and easily locate and redeem your coupons.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes. Your points expire one year after the date earned.
I placed an order but my rewards are not reflecting in my account?
Login into your account and scroll down to “Loyalty.” You can view rewards earned and overall points balance. It can take up to 24 hours for the points to reflect. If there are still issues, please reach out to our team by email.
How do I send a referral discount code?
Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
How do VIP tiers work?
VIP Tiers are based on your total spend amount. You will receive an email telling you that you reached the spend requirements for a higher VIP tier. Each VIP tier has different redeem rules, so as you increase VIP tiers, it takes less points to earn coupons.
